RateMyThings currently offers its core rating service completely free of charge. As there is no payment required for basic usage, refunds are not applicable for free features.

2. Premium Features (If Applicable)

If you have purchased any premium features or subscriptions, the following refund policy applies:

Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
  • The service must not have been substantially used
  • Technical issues that prevent service delivery
  • Duplicate or accidental purchases

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Services that have been fully delivered and used
  • Purchases made more than 14 days ago
  • Subscription fees after the refund period
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless defective)

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Processing Time

6. Cancellation

You may cancel any subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
